Bears tend to follow the energy patterns of a lion, but they’re usually just a couple of hours delayed. This means that you don’t find it too onerous to wake up in the morning and go to bed before 11pm most days. Your energy and focus is at its peak in the early to mid morning period and tends to wane in the evening. Ideally, you should schedule your ‘deep work’ (ie. the most challenging, creative or cognitively-taxing tasks such as client reports and data analysis) in the morning and do your ‘shallow work’ later in the day  (for example, emails, basic administration).
