You prefer to naturally wake up later in the morning and go to bed late at night too. Your energy and focus hits a trough in the morning and peaks in the late afternoon and evening. Ideally, you should schedule your ‘focused study’ (ie. the most challenging, creative or cognitively-taxing tasks such as client reports and data analysis) in the late afternoon or night and do your ‘easier study’ earlier in the day (for example, emails, basic administration).
