My Power Up Plan
Many of us are struggling with ‘digital dementia’ today (we just can’t seem to retain information like we used to). To help you remember and most importantly, implement the micro-habits from my keynote I’ve created a digital tool where you can identify the micro-habits you want to implement in the coming weeks.
I recommend selecting five micro-habits that you want to implement, I have listed a number but if you have one of your own you can add that as well. I call these your five to thrive. Remember, the basics work, if you work the basics. Pick the micro-habits that will give you some quick wins or reap the greatest rewards. What will have a domino effect?
